Townsville Snakes and Catchers

Townsville Snakes and Catchers is a resource designed to connect the community of Townsville with local licensed snake catchers.
This app contains friendly, easy to understand, advice on exactly what to do when you encounter a snake, both in the wild or a home. It covers over 30 species of local reptiles typically found in the Townsville and surrounding areas, and includes both photos and educational information relating to each species. Other information includes: links to the catchers telephone numbers, links to various relevant websites and licensing requirements, first aid, how to obtain the identification of a reptile and where to find snake handling training and wildlife educational displays.
